Change Info is the one tab that's about you rather than the business — the name your colleagues see, the language you read the console in, and your password.

Your name and the language you read
Name is how you're labelled to everyone else on the account — on a conversation you've replied to, in the user list, wherever your work shows up. Language is the one worth knowing about, because there are two language settings in Settings and only this one changes what you're looking at. Pick a language here, press Save Changes, and the console reloads in it straight away; it's yours alone, so switching to Hindi doesn't move anyone else. The Language over in Account Settings is a different thing — it's recorded against the business rather than against you, and it won't change these screens. See Account preferences.

Changing your password
The lower card takes your current password plus the new one twice, and each field has an eye you can hold to check what you've typed. A new password has to be at least 8 characters and can't be the one you're already using — and since the current one is required, this is a change-it flow rather than a recover-it one. If you can't remember the current password, sign out and use Forgot password instead. The part that surprises people is what happens on success: you're signed out here and returned to the sign-in screen — that's deliberate rather than something going wrong. Sign back in with the new password. Pick a moment when signing back in is convenient, rather than mid-conversation.
