Connect your catalog to WhatsApp

Two ways to make your catalog available on WhatsApp — link it yourself inside Meta, or let WPAUTOAI connect it for you. Pick whichever fits; you only need one.

Option A — Connect inside Meta

Do everything in Meta’s own tools. Best if you manage your WhatsApp number directly in Meta and want the catalog live without giving any third party access.
1

Open Meta Business Suite and pick your business

Go to business.facebook.com and sign in. At the top left, open the business selector and choose the business portfolio that owns your WhatsApp account and catalog. Then click the Settings (gear) button on your business panel to open Business settings.
2

Open your WhatsApp account

In the left sidebar under Accounts, click WhatsApp accounts and select the account you want the catalog on.
3

Open WhatsApp Manager

With your WhatsApp account selected, click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the top right of the account panel, then choose WhatsApp Manager — it opens from this menu, not from Settings.
4

Go to the Catalogue tab

In WhatsApp Manager’s left menu, under Account tools, open the Catalogue tab, then click Choose a Catalogue.
5

Choose your catalogue and connect

In the Connect a catalogue dialog, search for the catalog you created, select it, then click Connect Catalogue. Only one catalog can be linked to a number at a time — use Disconnect to swap.

Option B — Connect through WPAUTOAI

Let WPAUTOAI link the catalog for you — no WhatsApp Manager needed. You give WPAUTOAI partner access to your catalog, then paste its ID into setup.
1

Assign WPAUTOAI as your catalog partner

In Meta Business Settings → Data sources → Catalogues, open your catalog, click Assign partner and paste WPAUTOAI’s Business Manager ID (shown on the Assign Partner step in setup), then grant catalog permissions. The Assign WPAUTOAI as your catalog partner guide covers this in full.
2

Copy your Facebook Catalog ID

In Meta Business Settings → Data sources → Catalogues, select the catalog you created. Its Catalog ID — the long number shown under the catalog name on the right — is what you paste into the app, so copy it. You can also open it via Open in Commerce Manager.
3

Paste it into WPAUTOAI

In WPAUTOAI → Commerce → Catalog, open the Connect Catalog step, paste the Catalog ID and click Connect Now.
4

You’re connected

WPAUTOAI confirms Your catalog is connected. You can now share your wa.me/c/… link, show the catalog QR code, or create catalog message templates to start selling.
