Download your contacts as an Excel spreadsheet — export everyone, a filtered set, or just the rows you selected, with the timezone and columns you expect.
1
Open the Export dialog
Go to Contacts and, with the Contacts tab selected, click Export in the toolbar above the list. The export options open in a dialog.
2
Choose what to export
Pick a scope — All contacts, Filtered contacts, or Selected (only the rows you ticked before opening the dialog). Choosing Filtered contacts reveals the condition builder used in the next step.
3
Add your filter conditions
With Filtered contacts selected, build one or more conditions. Each has an attribute (Name, Phone, Source, Allow Campaign or a custom attribute), an operation (Contains, Equals, Is empty…) and a value. Click Add filter to stack more — only contacts matching them all are exported. Skip this step if you chose All contacts.
4
Pick a timezone and check the columns
Choose whether the Created At and Updated At columns use your local timezone or UTC. Below that, the chips show every column the file will contain — Name, Phone, Attributes, Source, Allow Campaign, Created At and Updated At.
5
Download the Excel file
Click Export Excel. A spinner shows while the file is prepared, then an .xlsx file (named with today's date) downloads to your computer.
