Bring your existing contacts into the app in four guided steps — upload a CSV, PDF or image, match its columns to contact fields, review what will be added, and import.
1
Open Contacts and start an import
Go to Contacts from the sidebar. With the Contacts tab selected, click Import in the toolbar above the list to open the import wizard.
2
Upload your file
Drag and drop your file onto the box, or click to browse. CSV, PDF and image files (JPG, PNG, WEBP) up to 5 MB are supported — PDFs and images are read automatically. Keep a header row, and write phone numbers with the country code (e.g. +91). Any extra columns can become custom attributes later.
3
Map your columns
Match each column in your file to a contact field — Name, Phone, Allow Campaign, or a custom Attribute. Phone is required, so at least one column must map to it. Columns you don't need can be left as Ignore. Sample values are shown so you can confirm each match.
4
Review the preview
The wizard checks your rows and shows how many will import, how many are duplicates, and how many are missing a phone number. Duplicates and rows without a valid phone are skipped automatically — everything else is ready to add.
5
Confirm and import
Check the summary — the file name, how many valid contacts will be added, and what is being skipped. Click Import Contacts to finish. The new contacts appear in your list right away.
