Business profile holds the details customers see when they look up your business on WhatsApp — your logo, what you do, and how else to reach you. It's the only tab in Settings whose contents face outward.
1
What the Business profile tab is for
Everything on this tab describes your business to the people you message, rather than configuring the console. Your Company Logo is the picture that identifies you, About is the short line under your name, and Business description, Business address, Email for business contact and your two website fields fill out the rest of the card. Business industry is the one field the form insists on — the rest are optional, so fill in what's true and leave the rest empty rather than padding it. Phone number sits at the top greyed out because it isn't yours to set here: it comes from the number you connected under Settings → Channel, and that's where it changes.
2
The logo saves itself — the fields don't
These two halves of the tab behave differently, which catches people out. Change company logo uploads the moment you pick a file and shows a toast when it lands — there's no Save step, and Remove logo is equally immediate. Everything below it is a normal form: Save stays greyed out until you actually change something, and navigating away before pressing it loses the edit. Cancel puts every field back the way you found it. Logos must be an image under 2MB; anything larger is rejected before it uploads.
