Campaign Overview is your dashboard — messaging limits up top, delivery counters in the middle, every campaign in one table below. See Create a campaign.

What Campaign Overview is for
Campaign Overview is the dashboard over everything you've sent — your messaging limits across the top, delivery counters in the middle, and every campaign in one table below. The date range you pick (Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days) drives what the counters and the table show, Export downloads every row your filters match as a CSV rather than just the page you're looking at, and Refresh data re-pulls the counters when a send is still moving. On a fresh account there's nothing to read yet, so Preview with sample data fills the whole screen — cards, counters and table alike — with representative numbers and marks it with an amber Data shown is for representation purpose only banner, a way to learn the layout before your first campaign. While preview is on, Export and Refresh data are disabled — switch it off for real numbers.

Your messaging limits
The four cards under the controls tell you how much room you actually have to send. Your daily Meta messaging limit counts the unique contacts you can message in a day, Consecutive days of messaging tracks the run of days you've sent on — consistency can lift your Meta tier over time — Messaging Quality is Meta's own rating of your outbound messages based on recipient feedback, blocks and engagement, and Your monthly WPAUTOAI plan limit is the campaigns your subscription allows this month. Together they decide how large a send you can realistically make today, so they're worth reading before you launch a big campaign. Unlike the counters below, these cards report their own fixed windows and don't follow the date range. What are limits? explains how Meta sets and raises them.

Delivery counters
The eight counters below the cards total up what happened to your messages, not your campaigns. Sent, Delivered, Read and Replied are the outcomes that landed — dispatched, confirmed on the recipient's device, opened, and answered — while Sending, Processing and Queued are messages still in motion, and Failed is what couldn't be delivered. They add up across every campaign matching your current date range, status and channel filters and search, so the numbers shift as you narrow the list — and each card carries a help tooltip with its exact definition.

Campaign insights
Where the counters total everything at once, All Campaigns is the per-campaign record — each row carries its Total recipients, Successful, Read, Replied, Website clicks and Delivery status, and you can narrow it by status, channel or search, sort by Latest or Oldest, and hide columns you don't care about from Customize columns. View insights on any row opens that campaign's own Campaign Insights page — where you go when a number in the table needs explaining. That page repeats the campaign's Sent, Delivered, Read and Replied totals, rates Delivered, Read and Replied as percentages of the audience it targeted under Engagement rates, and lists every entry in Recipients under a Sent and a Not sent tab — Not sent names the contacts who missed the message and the reason each one was skipped or failed.
