Account Settings opens with the three things that describe you and your account rather than your business — your photo, the timezone the platform schedules against, and the account's language.
1
Your picture, not your business's
The Profile picture at the top of Account Settings is you — the signed-in person — and it's what your teammates see next to your name. It's easy to confuse with the Company Logo one tab over under Business profile, which represents the business to your customers. Different picture, different audience. Like the logo, it uploads the instant you choose a file rather than waiting for a Save, and it takes an image up to 2MB. See Your business profile for the outward-facing one.
2
Customer TimeZone and Language
Customer TimeZone is the clock your account is scheduled against, and it earns its keep further down this page: report schedules send at 09:00 in this zone, and the Last sent and Next sent columns are printed in it too — which is why those times can look shifted if you're reading them from another country. Note that it governs reports rather than everything: Working hours keep their own separate timezone. Language sets the language recorded against the account. It isn't the console's own language — that's a personal choice each user makes for themselves under Settings → Change Info, which is what actually switches the screens you're reading. Both fields need Save; the button stays greyed out until you change something.
